The Road to Kalos Pokemon GO Tour: Kalos – Global Event will take place on Saturday, February 28 and Sunday, March 1, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM.to 6:00 p.m.local time. We've put together a list of tips to keep in mind as you enjoy the days leading up to the big tour.

Organize your memory. If all goes well, you'll be able to catch a lot of Pokemon in GO Tour: Kalos, and you'll never want to stop the fun midway to transfer your Pokemon to Dr. Willow.Transfer your Pokemon before the event and save time and stress later! The same goes for storing items. Keep a bag free for new items.

Power up your Pokemon for attacks.Road to Kalos and Travel: Kalos offers great opportunities to catch powerful Pokemon and you may want to participate in many raids.Picking ten or more Pokemon will give you the first team fight with Pokemon waiting in the wings, so you don't have to wait to heal your team before diving into another attack.

Take your time trading.Special Swaps allow Trainers to swap out Pokemon that can't be traded normally, and you can get up to six each day throughout the event.Coordinate your Special Trades in advance to take full advantage of the Stardust cost being halved during the event!

Buy good stuff. You'll probably want to catch a variety of Pokémon, and incense is a great way to increase that number, so start collecting early to make sure you don't run out. Other useful items to have around include incubators to help take advantage of half the hatching area, as well as star fragments and lucky eggs to increase the stars and experience points you get by catching Pokémon and taking them.part in attacks.

Start strategizing.Research quests usually involve evolving and powering up Pokemon, so if you have your eye on a Pokemon you want to evolve and power up, create tags for them so you can easily find those Pokemon as you complete the quest. It's also a good idea to practice your nice, cool, awesome releases - research quests often make you do them in a row!

Make self-care a priority.Plan snacks and meals ahead of time, stay hydrated, and don't forget sunscreen if you plan to be outside at the event. And remember to take breaks! It might be hard to pull yourself away from the excitement even for a few minutes, but you'll probably have a good time.
