Wolfsburg – VfL Wolfsburg suffered their first defeat under new coach Florian Kofelt during the international break.
Bundesliga lost 1: 3 (0: 1) in a Test match against second division club Hansa Rostock. Prior to that, the VFL had won three match games with Kohfeld.
In the 85th minute, Dodi Lukabagio scored the only goal of the game. During this time, the Rostock team has already met three times through Harris Tulzewic (17th), Streli Mamba (60th) and Theo Gunner Martens (79th).
Wolfsburg is once again worried about Brazilian William. Right-back returned a torn cruciate ligament in his knee from FC Schalke 04 at summer. He had to be replaced by injury within eight minutes of his arrival against Rostock. “Unfortunately we had a little bit of a shock with Willie. If something happened again it would definitely be dramatic,” Goefeld said.
