Nearly 25 years after Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone premiered, the franchise's former co-stars—and film enemies—met at a New York screening of the film adaptation of Merrily We Roll Along.

In pictures of the stunning moment, Danielle and Tom sported huge smiles as they shared a side hug.Danielle - who will star in Merrily, Let's Roll on Broadway in 2023 alongside Jonathan Graf and Lindsay Mendes - wore a dark wash denim jacket with a yellow top and black pants for the event.Meanwhile, Tom wore a caramel peacoat, white shirt and brown pants.

The Wizarding reunion comes as Tom continues to star in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway following its Broadway debut last month.After announcing that he would be reprising his role as Draco Malfoy on stage, the 38-year-old shared that he sought advice from Daniel, who won a Tony last year for his production of Merrily Us Together, for advice on Broadway.

"I got some advice from Potter," Tom joked during a Nov. 5 appearance on Good Morning America."He was one of my original inspirations for going to Broadway. I think I met him at his first show 10 years ago and now he's a Tony winner and a huge inspiration for why Broadway is so special."

But while Daniel has inspired his former Harry Potter co-stars to take to the stage, his acting chapter is definitely over - for now.

"I've got a place where I have the same as I did the new potter," I'm glad to go and get back to and go too much in my life."

And while the 36-year-old stressed he would "never say never", he admitted: "I'm not really interested in it at the moment."
