Accenture has signed an agreement to acquire IT service provider Trivadis AG. Trivadis, and has locations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Romania. Specializes in implementing platforms and solutions that enable highly automated provisioning and innovative use of data. Organizationally, more than 710 Trivadis experts are joining the Data & AI team within Accenture’s Cloud First division. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Connecting data, artificial intelligence and cloud services opens new opportunities for companies to develop smart products and digital services – and become more relevant to their customers,” Hansjörg Buchser, President of Accenture Technology Switzerland, explains in a Thursday statement. Online Trainings in any AI Course or modern technologies can help understand the technology better and create good projects out of it.
“Data is fundamental to the development of any company. It has been firmly embedded in Trivadis’ DNA from the start,” stresses Trivadis Co-CEO Gerald Clumb. “We are pleased to be able to expand our services to a larger client base as part of Accenture.”

Founded in 1994, Trivadis has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including the general, automotive and life sciences industries. In 2021, the trade newspaper ranked Trivadis as the best employer in the “Internet, Communications and Information Technology” category.
