Here we’ll show you the components you need to play Dying Light 2 with and without RayTracing without any problems.

Today, developer Techland announced the PCs you need to start using Dying Light 2 Stay Human at 60 fps and 1080p resolution. The studio distinguishes between enabled and deactivated RayTracing.

Here are the computer system requirements for Dying Light 2.

At least (without RayTracing):

  • CPU: Intel® Core i3-9100 / AMD Ryzen 3 2300X
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB
  • Operating System: Windows 7
  • Storage space: 60 GB HDD

Recommended (without RayTracing):

  • CPU: Intel® Core i5-8600K / AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB / AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Storage: 60GB SSD

At least (with RayTracing):

  • CPU: Intel® Core i5-8600K / AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Storage: 60GB SSD

Recommended (with RayTracing):

  • CPU: Intel® Core i5-8600K / AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Storage: 60GB SSD

Most mid-range setups should be able to handle these requirements with Dying Light 2. Perhaps one or the other will have to give up their dream of ray tracing.
