As part of comprehensive quality controls, quality defects are found in the individual packaging of the Reinert Bärchen brand. The presence of small amounts of metal dust on the products cannot be ruled out due to a machine defect. According to the examination and evaluation of independent experts, this does not pose a health risk. However, TFB made the prudent decision to recall potentially affected products from trade as part of the general recall and to give consumers the opportunity to exchange them. Customers can return them to their stores for a refund without presenting the receipt. This applies to the following products:
