Viva Sales is the name of Microsoft’s new sales app. Its purpose is to collect all available information about the customer and make it available to the seller in one place. It is based on Viva, introduced by the group in early 2021; With the app, administrators should be able to collect all data about their employees internally.
Sales are based on Microsoft 365 and Teams. If customer information is stored here, the sales department won’t have to look for it – or even have access to it for the first time.
