Mondl was previously Deputy Assembly Director at ÖAMTC and two sales strategists at the BMW Group. “Austria’s leading training, certification and assessment organization is in excellent hands with two senior managers,” says Schipper with conviction.
Change in management in Quality Austria: The duo of Christoph Mondel and newly appointed Werner Paar will be backed by Konrad Scheiber (63) with strategic issues. “I am convinced that Quality Austria will continue to develop excellently in the future under the leadership of two management professionals,” emphasizes Scheiber, who has led the organization’s fate since its founding in 2004.
Christoph Mundell (56 years old) has a degree in Business Administration (Management and Marketing) and recently held various positions at Austria’s leading mobility club, ÖAMTC. Prior to that, he worked as the financial expert at Ebenseer Betonwerke AG and management consultancy firm Accenture.
Sales expert Werner Paar (49) managed to gain a lot of experience before moving to the top of Quality Austria at the German car group BMW AG: he initially worked in dealership consultancy, also managed the MINI brand in Austria, before finally becoming Head of Sales at BMW Group Austria. Recently, he was able to demonstrate his strategic management skills as Head of Retail Business Development at the company’s headquarters.
Quality Austria is owned by four associations (ÖQS, ÖVQ, ÖQA, AFQM) and was founded by these four organizations in 2004. The organization is active in the field of system and product certification, assessments and validation, assessments, training and personal certification, and is a major driver of Austria as a job site. In addition, the company cooperates with about 50 partners and members around the world.
