According to Handelsblatt’s information, there is already consensus on important key points. It is possible that users of digital euros will not receive any interest in them, and in return there should be no negative interest.
Also, the digital currency is unlikely to be based on blockchain technology. And: every citizen should only be able to provide the maximum amount of digital euros – say 3000 euros – in an electronic wallet (wallet).
