Range Record for an All-Electric Series: The new Ford Mustang Mach-E* with greater range (“extended range”) of available battery packs and rear-wheel drive is now a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD after it has proven itself on a long-distance Northeast-to-south drive offered west of the British Isles. It all started in John O’Groats, a place in the northeastern tip of Scotland. The destination was Land’s End in the far west of Cornwall. An independent analysis of the data showed that the Ford Mustang Mach-E cut about 6.5 miles per kilowatt-hour of electric power.
