JPM MCS seeks preliminary proposals for threat-protection medical products
According to the announcement, this notice is typically open on a rolling basis; preliminary proposals that are received will be considered and evaluated throughout the year.
Companies that are involved in the design, production and manufacture of countermeasure products are encouraged to submit ideas to the JPM MCS. Areas for countermeasures include those treatments and products against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) materials. Products can include detection, diagnostic and identification devices for threats of this kind.
Preliminary proposals should not be longer than three pages and should include descriptions of relevant technology, performance in areas of research, manufacturing, development and experience with past products. Submissions should also consist of high-level work breakdown structures and anticipated cost of development. A response should be received within 60 to 90 days from the submission date.
Should preliminary proposals be accepted, applicants will have 45 days to develop a full proposal to submit to begin the procurement process.
Sandra O’Connell will serve as the primary point of contact, and submissions should be emailed to email@example.com.
