NCT and KIPS shows join forces for CBRNe EurAsia conference

The 2014 Non-Conventional Threat event recently announced that it will join the Kiev International Protection, Security and Fire Safety event's fourth edition in a EurAsia showcase March 3-6 in Kiev, Ukraine.

The 2013 KIPS show attracted more than 4,500 visitors from around the world. It is one of the largest homeland security shows in Ukraine and this year's combined KIPS/NCT CBRNe EurAsia show is expected to attract delegations and decision makers from across the continent. It will begin with an excursion to Chernobyl, followed by a three-day conference and expo.

The 2014 KIPS/NCT CBRNe EurAsia show will feature speakers from high-level international organizations from the Near East, Central Asia, Europe and Ukraine. The conference will discuss a multitude of topics, including urgent common and non-conventional CBRNe threats and contamination that threatens Europe and Asia.

CBRNe threats and contamination are major threats in Europe, particularly in post-soviet states. Improvised Explosive Devices also threaten the entire continent, and continue to challenge first responders.

CBRNe threats are present around the world. The KIPS/NCT CBRNe EurAsia show seeks to empower first responders and decision makers in Europe and Asia to counter these threats and ensure public safety.

NCT events take place as a series. Upcoming NCT events in 2014 will also be held in Split, Seoul, Siem Reap and Abu Dhabi.
