Washington, Atlanta When Donald Trump enters Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday, his hands will not be tied. But he will be arrested immediately. His rise to real estate tycoon, reality star, and President of the United States began in the most famous part of New York, and Trump still owns more than a dozen Manhattan skyscrapers today. Now Trump is back to be arrested.

On the 15th floor of the courtroom, he is fingerprinted, photographs taken, and his rights recited. Trump’s court date is set for 2:15 p.m. local time. The former president will enter the courtroom through a long corridor, escorted by Secret Service agents and surrounded by cameras who will be allowed to film him until the door closes. Trump will likely plead not guilty before a judge.
