Ubisoft takes many old games offline. Overview Names affected games and describes limitations.
Most of the online games or modes are closed sooner or later because they are not used anymore due to their age or the developers’ desire to focus on the back.
Ubisoft game servers are also affected on a regular basis. The next closure is imminent. The publisher has published an overview showing the games and their online services that will close on September 1, 2022.
Some games for which Remaster versions have been released are also included. Supplied with a year so the intended version is clear.

Anno 2070:
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
assassin’s creed 2:
- PC, PS3: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
Assassin’s Creed 3 (2012):
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.
- PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360: You cannot play multiplayer, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
Fighting the Brotherhood’s Creed:
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features. Also, installation and DLC access is inaccessible.
- PS3 and Xbox 360: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD: Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD game
- PC: You cannot link Ubisoft accounts in-game or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.
- PS3 and Xbox 360: You cannot play a multiplayer game or use online features.
San Francisco Driver:
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.

Far Cry 3 (2012):
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.
- PS3 and Xbox 360: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
Ghost Recon Future Soldier:
- PS3 and Xbox 360: Multiplayer for the game is not available. In order to play the single campaign, you must put your console in offline mode.
Prince of Persia, The Forgotten Desert:
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.
Rayman legends:
- PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360: You cannot link Ubisoft accounts in-game or use online features.
Silent Hunter 5:
- PC: You cannot link Ubisoft accounts in-game or use online features. Also, installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) are not accessible.
Space buffs:
- PC (HTC VIVE, Oculus): Since this is a completely multiplayer title, you will not be able to play the game in the future.
Splinter torrent: blacklist:
- PC: You cannot play a multiplayer game, link in-game Ubisoft accounts, or use online features.
- PS3 and Xbox 360: You cannot link Ubisoft accounts in-game or use online features.
zombies:
