The Board of Directors of GERRY WEBER International AG previously forecast consolidated depreciation and amortization earnings (excluding effects from IFRS 16 lease accounting) in the negative one-million range for fiscal year 2022. This forecast is extended in an upward trend due to implementation The expected success of further improvement actions in the current business. Thus, the board now expects consolidated EBITDA to be in the negative one-million range to the positive one-million range.
Furthermore, the board of directors raised its consolidated net sales forecast to €315 million to €340 million.
