Für Jan Gyamerah war das Testspiel gegen den FC Midtjylland (1:5) verletzungsbedingt vorzeitig beendet.

This does not look good. Jan Gyamerah’s test against Midtjylland ended after 58 minutes when the HSV defender walked off the field backed by two physicists. The 26-year-old has sustained an adductor muscle injury and is now threatened with a multiple-week sever.

He is bitter for Guimara, who has largely escaped injury this season, but has recently had to cede his place at right-back to Moritz Heyer. Like Gyamerah yesterday, Manuel Wintzheimer also expressed his frustration, who had to leave after just under half an hour with knee problems. However, the attacker is said to have had complaints in the previous days.

Perhaps the Danes were more unlucky with HSV. Midfielder Charles got stuck in the turf shortly before the break after a duel with Elijah Crane, screamed, was treated for minutes and then turned away. Everything points to a serious knee injury.
