The U.S. Air National Guard issued a sources sought notice this week on a potential award for occupational and bio-environmental medicine capabilities.

The notice states that this is not a formal solicitation and that submissions to this announcement should not expect to be awarded a contract. This serves to provide the contracting body information on the capabilities of entities including companies and laboratories in relation to the proposed scope of work.

The Air National Guard seeks analytical support services for environmental and industrial activities. Key personnel that will be required for this include analytics program directors for industrial and environmental activities, a regional industrial hygiene and environmental analysts and a services coordinator. Work under this announcement could take place anywhere that the Air National Guard has a presence.

Proposals for this announcement should include information regarding past performance in this or related areas of work, corporate experience and submissions should indicate availability of required personnel and information on company size in terms of revenue and number of employees. Proposals should also demonstrate technical understanding of requirements.
