This position is primarily responsible for the development of documentation relating to exercises. The analyst will also be tasked with the coordination of logistics and providing support during company meetings and events.
This analyst is expected to perform in an accurate manner that also facilitates consistency and reliability.
Candidates should hold a master's degree in an area relating to emergency management or homeland security with five to 10 years of work experience in emergency management or homeland security in government, commercial, academic or consultant settings. Candidates will need to have strong technical writing skills and be able to produce a number of analytical documents and reports.
Candidates should be well versed in multiple areas of emergency management and should have familiarity with the Incident Command System, the National Incident Management System and the Safety and Environmental Management System, Comprehensive Preparedness Guides 101 and 102 and the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program.
Candidates should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Those with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or InDesign will be given special consideration.
