HSSI seeks emergency manager

Homeland Security Solutions, Inc., is seeking an emergency manager to support the U.S. Navy in Virginia, according to a hiring notice posted on Sunday on iaem.com.

The person hired for the full-time position will support the security business and training academy in its work with the U.S. Navy.

Candidates must have six years in emergency management experience. The individual hired will have demonstrated professional and specialized expertise in first responder operations, an Emergency Operations Center and a Regional Operations Center and conducting analysis and mitigation strategies related to vulnerability assessment, emergency management technologies and emergency operations.

The emergency manager must possess the training, skills and experience needed to work with and support emergency management needs, distribution, analysis. The person hired must also be able to support emergency management processes.

Applicants must be eligible to apply for a security clearance.
