UNDT joins NineSigma network

In a new marketing effort to respond to a worldwide rise in CBRN threats, Universal Detection Technology, the developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect against infectious health threats and bioterrorism, has joined the NineSigma network.

The NineSigma network is an advanced and experienced Open Innovation service provider that connects companies across multiple industries and companies within the global innovation community. This allows the organizations to utilize the external resources of the entire network to fill product pipelines, integrate new capabilities and knowledge into their organizations, and to solve immediate challenges. Other partners involved in the NineSigma network include Colgate-Palmolive, GE and multiple other Fortune 500 companies.

Universal Detection Technology provides and develops biological weapon detection equipment to private industries and first responders. The company's five-agent bio-detection kit has been evaluated by the U.S. Department of Defense and the United Kingdom military and has been certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

“Joining the NineSigma network allows us to leverage our expertise in the CBRN detection field by providing detection solutions to companies,”  Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology, said. “We also plan to tap NineSigma’s vast network to expand our capabilities in the CBRN detection field.”
