Noblis, Inc. plans to relocate its headquarters to Reston, Virginia, by the fall of 2016, the company said Friday.
Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology and strategy service provider, said it signed a lease with The JBG Companies for a 160,000-square-foot facility on Edmund Halley Drive.
Nobils Director of Operations Mark Smith said the company was “thrilled” to move to Reston from Falls Church.
“We will take this opportunity to build an open and collaborative workspace for our employees and clients,” Smith said. “We are excited about the building features, great location, and easy access to transit and roadways for our clients.”
Since 2007 Nobils has been located in Falls Church. It has nine other locations in Washington, D.C.; Maryland, Texas and West Virginia. The company works with the federal government providing technical and advisory services in several areas including program management, science and technology and systems engineering.
Noblis also works with clients on solving problems related to transportation, national security, environmental stability, health care and enterprise services.
“We are looking forward to our move to Reston at the end of 2016," Noblis President and CEO Amr ElSawy said. "We are planning to build capabilities and facilities that serve our clients and engage our employees and guests."
