HRSA issues request for panel facilitator services.
The Department of Health and Human Service’s (HHS) Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking market capabilities in panel facilitator services this week.

The notice states that this is not a call for proposals and no grants or other forms of financial compensation will be awarded in exchange for information submitted for this notice. Information gained will be utilized for planning purposes.

The potential work would be focused on managing and facilitating processes that are involved in the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) within the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. This includes the reviewing of case documents related to all reconsideration requests. The contracted company would also be tasked with the planning of CICP panel meeting dates.

Companies that are interested in providing information should indicate what their capabilities are in this area and should include similar experiences. Submissions must also include company information, points of contact and other required items relating to tax identification and identification of all General Services Administration contract schedules.

Submissions should be submitted to HRSA contract specialist Timothy Corrigan via email at by 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31.
