Cambium releases new radio system
The company states that these radios are specialized for operations by the military, government, public safety and industrial activity. The radios are able to operate on multiple frequencies that are both licensed and unlicensed between 4.4 GHz and 5.9 GHz, and they have a range of approximately 124 miles.

Our heritage in mission-critical communications has given us strong expertise in efficiently, economically and securely transmitting information over any environment for any purpose. We are pleased to further raise the industry standard in critical communications with the PTP 700."
The company lists video surveillance, border security, first responder deployment, tactical military operations as possible applications for this radio system. The product will begin shipping in August.
