Federal Resources Supply Co. (FRSC) has completed recapitalization in partnership with Alaris Royalty Corp., BlackArch Partners announced on Wednesday.

BlackArch acted as the supply company's financial advisor over the course of the recapitalization process.

“BlackArch has been a great asset and support element throughout the process of evaluating potential domestic and international financial partners who are able to support the objectives of our business and allow us to continue to grow in a complex legal and regulatory environment," FRSC CEO Robert McWilliams said. "They are extremely dedicated and we will continue to work closely with BlackArch during our next phase of growth.”

The supply company is a provider of protective and detection equipment for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) agents and is tailored to serve first-response personnel and members of the military. According to the company, partnering with Alaris will allow for the company to pursue in its growth that is expected to continue and to better serve military and emergency response counter-CBRNE needs.

FRSC provides equipment ranging from specialized CBRNE manufacturers including Smiths Detection, Blauer, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Hellan Strainer. The company also serves homeland security and defense operations.
